You are invited to attend the 21st Pediatric Critical Care Colloquium (PCCC). This three-day multidisciplinary, interactive program will provide a comprehensive review of late breaking issues affecting pediatric critical care. Attendees will include clinical subspecialists from all areas of pediatric critical care.
This year’s PCCC will focus on “omics,” (e.g., genomics, proteomics, etc.), exploring the opportunities to research and harness “big data” and its translation into clinical applicability. Interactive discussions will address sepsis, cancer, and physiologic data from the PICU.
Traditional topics will cover intractable epilepsy, decompressive craniectomy, empyema, hemostasis and massive transfusion, to highlight a few. Also included:
controversial case presentations in the PICU and CVICU, abstract presentations, urban telemedicine, safety collaboratives, among others, will round out our schedule.
